You may refer to our sizing chart in our sizing guide. There is a video attached to show you how you can accurately measure your nails so that we can create the perfect press on nails for you!
If this is your first time ordering and you are unsure of which is the right size for you, we recommend the coffins and long ovals. This is because those nails tend to still fit you even if you pick the wrong size.
We recommend the coffins and long ovals as those shapes are the most forgiving in terms of sizing. Example, if you accidentally pick a size that is too big or small, it is not too obvious with these shapes!
You can pick any of the available shapes that we offer! However, do remember to measure your vertical height and compare that to the max height of some of the shorter nail tips such as short ovals, ballerinas and almonds. If your vertical height exceeds the maximum recommended height stated on some of the size charts, that means that your natural nails might be too long and may be visible when you wear the press-on nails.
Unfortunately, for hygiene purposes, we will not be accepting any exchanges or returns of press on nails. Therefore, please ensure that you follow our measuring guide closely so that you can pick the perfect size for you! In the unlikely event that you have purchased a size that is incorrect, you can purchase replacement tips from us to better fit you. Thank you for your understanding!
How long your nails last each time you stick them on varies from person to person. For instance, if your hands come into contact with water frequently due to house chores etc, then each wear will not be as long lasting. To ensure that you are able make your nails last for as long as possible, do follow our application guide where we will teach you how to correctly apply your press-on nails!
Generally, applications using nail glue can last up to 2 weeks, while adhesive tabs are more suitable for short term wear.

Yes you can! If you run out of adhesive tabs or nail glue, you can purchase more us!
Firstly, please follow our application video closely as good nail prep will really help with the fake nail adhering to the natural nail.
If you have already followed the application video and you still notice that your nails are falling off after a short period of time, a possible reason could be that the nails are a little too big for you.
If the press-on nail is touching the skin surrounding your nail bed, that means that the nail is slightly too big for you. Use the nail file provided to file down the sides!
If after following these steps you still feel that the press-ons are not lasting as long as you would like them to be, then perhaps the shape that you have chosen is not suitable for the natural c-curve of your nail!
Yes you can!
Some sets give you the option to customise the base colour or to change the colour of the plain nails in the set. If your set has that option, you will see this line in the description “Want to change the base colour to another colour? Click here!”.
All you have to do is add the set of nails that you want to purchase into your cart. Then head over to over Custom Colours page to pick out the new colour you want. Add the new custom colour to your cart, and then check out!

We will only start creating your set after payment has been made.
Creation time is approximately 1-7 days for sets already listed in our shop. For custom sets, creation time is approximately 2-10 days.
Once your order is completed and ready to be shipped out, it will take around another 1-5 working days for the nails to be delivered to you (depending on the delivery service you choose)!
